She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Ralph Spicer and Irene Mary Hick. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Campbell; her children, Amanda Campbell (Bryan Charlton) of Athens and Racheal Campbell (Ryan Petrynka) of Cornwall; her siblings, Sharon Barton (Brian) of Brockville, John Spicer (Sharon) of Brockville and Larry Spicer of Brockville; her father-in-law Harold Campbell (Bobby) of Prescott; and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Tousaw (Denny), Leita Campbell (Dwayne), Steven Campbell (Angie), Robert Campbell (Kathrin) and Samantha Campbell (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Athens United Church or Kingston General Hospital (I.C.U) will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
