He was predeceased by: his father Brayton Covey. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Livingstone); his daughter Susan Covey; his granddaughter Ruby Rodgers; his mother Jean Covey; his brother Robert Covey (Elaine); his sons, Jason (Sarah), Richard (Sherry) and Benjamin (Valentina); his mother-in-law Beulah Livingstone; his aunt Marion Edgar; and his close friend Ivan Pike.
