He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary-Ellen Morrison and John Morrison; his sister Diane Myles; and his mother-in-law Lillian Hennessey. He is survived by: his spouse Dayle; his children, Diana (Ryan) and William (Joeann); his grandchildren, William McKinnon (Jazmyn), Kayliah Webster, Melinda Morrison, Lylah Suffel and Liam Suffel; his great grandchild Eliza McKinnon; his siblings, Daniel Butts (Betty) and Lydia Fortune (George); his nieces and nephews, Linda, Cathy, Maryann, Danny, Chucky, Little George and Aaron; his uncle Fester; and his close friends, Thomas MacLeod, Billy McDonald and Dave Windsor.
