She was predeceased by: her husband David Leizert; and her siblings, Winona, Geraldine, Evelyn, Bernice, Joyce, Carol, Wally, Roger, Glen and Wayne.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Mallette (Darlene), Pam Shaver (Stan) and Kathy Workman (Mark); her grandchildren, Terry, Judy, David (Tanya), Shelley (Shawn), Tammy (Martin), Crystal (Steve), Tina, Richard (Michelle) and Chantel (Norm); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Avery, Cohen, Claire, Tye, Colton, Mackenzie, Drake, Macy, Lua, Ruby, Darcie, Gavin and Spencer; and her sisters, Marilyn Leizert (Charles) and Betty Johnston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
