She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Tina (Krzysztof); her grandchildren, Max and Niah; her brother Giorgos (Anna); her husband Demetrios (Jimmy); her daughter Voula (Tracy); her sister Elefeteria (Demetrios); and her parents, Konstantina and Evangelos. She was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Elizabeth spent the past 8 years living with Alzheimer's, a disease that robbed her of memories of her extraordinary life.
