He is survived by: his children, David Jr. (Tanya), Cindy Terrade (Bob), Sandra Toupin (Rob) and Nancy Boast (Moffatt); and his brothers, Jim Moffatt (Diane) and Doug Moffatt. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
