He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kavanaugh and Margaret Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lester; his sons, Jack Kavanaugh (Melanie) and Christopher Kavanaugh (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Daven and Dylan; his stepsons, David (Sierra) and Mark (Jenelle); his granddaughters, Rylee, Mylah and Lilly; his sisters, Judy Forrest (Norm) and Joan Robertson; and his nieces and nephews, Marsha, Courtney, Michael and Ryan.
