He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beverly McManus (Donald) and Stephen Covey; and his parents, Russell Covey and Helena Woods. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Herbison (Chris) of Mallorytown and Michael Covey (Angie) of Brockville; his grandchildren, Jarrett, Jacob Herbison, Mercedez and Summer Covey; his siblings, Joe Covey of Perth, Rodger Covey (Christine) of Oakville, Barb Mack (Jeff) of Frankville, Ronnie Covey (Jill) of Brockville and Kathy Brown (Terry) of Athens; and his sister-in-law Mary Covey of Athens.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Saturday February 5th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. For those wishing to make a donation in memory of Charlie, The Brockville & District Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
