She was predeceased by: her spouse Murven Sly; her parents, Clarence Pattemore and Erma Pattemore; her brother Keith Pattemore; and her brother-in-law Charles Dye.
She is survived by: her children, Angela, Ken Major (Nick), Sonya, Donald Palaisy, Joshua [Jessica Miller], Jordon [Stephanie Mousaw], Jonathan [Emma Bedard], Matthew and Patricia Sly; her great grandchildren, Addison Major, Levi, Odin, Talitha, Sawyer Palaisy and Remington Sly; and her parents-in-law, Dona, Harry Meyer, Isabel Dye, Shirley and Kent Mainse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
