She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh MacMillan and Forella MacMillan (Convery); her son Kevin Kelsey; and her siblings, Dorothy Johnston (Gib), Raymond Hammond, Leonard (Irene), Ellard (Doreen), Allan (Barb), Ruth, Harvey (Carole), Eddie, Kenneth and Illa.
She is survived by: her son Ken; her grandchildren, Tyler, Kaitlin, Dereck, Ryan, Kyle, Matthew, Courtney and Meaghan; her siblings, Lois Leach (Bill), Shirley DeJong (late Peter DeJong), Robert Kelsey and Bob MacMillan (Lee); and her sister-in-law Shirley MacMillan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and her church family.
In memory of Barb, donations to the Athens Free Methodist Church, the Ottawa Heart Institute, or the Arthritis Society Canada would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
