She is survived by: her grandparents, Douglas Green (Mayo Underwood), Andrea Mossop (Doug Blair), Barb Haynes, Dave Haynes, Jim Verkerk (Cathy), Aunts Buchan, Uncles Christina Buchan (Gavin), Jennifer Green (Arda Ilgazli), Robert Green (Meghan), Tiffany Murray (Kevin) and Taryn Kristalovich; her great-grandparents, Christina Green, Ted Quelch (Nada) and Sylvia Haynes; and also, Fiona, Avery, Clayton and Porter.

Donations in her memory to the CHEO Foundation, Toronto Sick Kids Hospital, or The Ronald McDonald House will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
