She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Wendell Barrington; her parents, John Koorn and Maria Koorn; her sister Hendrika (Cees) of The Netherlands; and her siblings-in-law, Cees Oomes of The Netherlands, Edward Bryce Barrington (Daisy), James Ivan Barrington (Mildred), Margaret Burnham (Elmer), Grace Cole (Louis) and Bessie Dixie (Kenneth).
She is survived by: her sons, John Marinus Immerseel (Mary Lou), Bryce Donald Barrington (Laura) and Kenneth Edward Barrington (Lori); her grandchildren, Amy (Jason), Kenneth, Lindsay (Chris), Brad (Andrea), Adam, Shawn (Lisa), Candace, Sarah, Brody (Holly), Connor, Joel and Devin; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Quinn, Riley, Isabella, Caleb, Zach and Miley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to The John M. Parrott Centre to support the centre's Outdoor Community Music Garden project.
