He was predeceased by: his parents, Ove and Anna; his daughter-in-law Myra; and his mother-in-law Lydia Ponka. He is survived by: his wife Violet; his children, Ron Jr. (Susan), Bill, Rick (Diane), Janie and Ove (Roseanne); his grandchildren, Holly, Matthew, Rhonda Lee, Brian, Vicki, Robert, Erin and Adam; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Mackenzie, Lydia, Madison, Makayla, Nolan and Maria; and his sister Ruth McCall.
