He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozzie Reid and Ina Reid; his son Christopher; and his siblings, William and Pauline Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Rod and Ossie; and his grandchildren, Christie, Robert and Cheryl. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
