She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorne Giilck and Lorene Giilck (Golbeck); her sister Judy Kraehling; and her brothers-in-law, Lyle Morrison and Robert Kraehling.

She is survived by: her spouse Hubert; her children, Adrian Hoerdt, Melissa Hoerdt of Arthur, Aaron Hoerdt, Melanie Hoerdt of Elora and Alissa Hoerdt of Mount Forest; her grandchildren, Natasha, Nicole and Vida; her siblings, Wayne Giilck, Gail Giilck of Kitchener, Bruce Giilck of Mount Forest, Doris Gordon, Tom Gordon of Arthur, Joan Morrison of Mount Forest, Darlene Giilck-Higgins of Kitchener, Donna Roberts of Arthur and Brenda Giilck of Kitchener; and her brother-in-law Trevor Roberts.
