He was predeceased by: his children, Christopher Jay and Bailee Sue. He is survived by: his parents, Anette and Floyd; his brother Grant; his wife Dolores; his brothers, Gary (Kim) and Brian (Tammy); and his brother-in-law Brian. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and many friends.
