He is survived by: his mother Sue Checkley; his siblings, Shannon "Ab" of Arthur, Brad Hickman of Arthur, Christofer "Boys" of Arthur and Adrienne Checkley (Schmidt) of Arthur; his nephews, Josh and Jake; his niece Abby "Moosie"; his friend Kinzie; and his aunts and uncles, Ruth Louttit, Lil Henry (Dave), Betty Richardson (Blaine), Mary Martin (Jim), Bill Checkley (Lorna) and Kate Checkley (John).
