He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Barnes and Isabelle Barnes; and his mother-in-law Doris McIver. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Barnes; his close friends, Mike and Mary Jo Marshall; and his sister-in-law Marg McIver. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Keith Southern and many nephews & nieces.
As expressions of sympathy donations to Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation, Ronald McDonald House or Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the Crawford Funeral Chapel Arthur.
