She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Osborne and Betty Osborne; and her father-in-law Dan Neill (Marion). She is survived by: her husband Paul Neill; her son David MacMillan (Francine) of Edmonton, AB; her grandchild Anabelle; her sister-in-law Marilyn Misener (John) of Glasgow Station, ON; and her close friend Abbey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In memory of Wendy, a charitable donation may be made to Hospice Renfrew.
