He was predeceased by: his son Christopher. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Michael (Suzane Guttadauria) and Karen Forsyth; his grandson Daniel Forsyth-Roettger (Amanda); and his brothers, David (Barbara), Brian (Rose-Marie) and Barry (Betty).
