He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Herrick and Catherine "Katie" Herrick; and his siblings, Mike Herrick (Lucy), Lois Ryan (late Bill) and Tish Stanton (late Al).
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Ann Taylor. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews and great friends.
