He is survived by: his children, Cindy Underschultz (Lance), Kelly Sperry, Melissa Malloy (Jonathan), Jason Smeltzer (Tonia) and Jeff Smeltzer; his grandchildren, Melissa, Myles, Dylan, Nathan Smeltzer, Ryan, Aidan Underschultz, Logan, Jacob Sherry, Isla, Ronan and Jasper Malloy; and his siblings, Gary, Wayne, Carol, Claire and Ann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
