He was predeceased by: his mother Isabel Scobie; and his sister Helen Nicholas. He is survived by: his father James Scobie; and his siblings, Hugh (May) of Arnprior, Jim (Karen) of Arnprior, Sandra Quade (Clarence) of Quadeville, Isabel Bigras (Marc) of Cornwall, Neil of Arnprior and Eoin (Fanny) of Pakenham. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
