He was predeceased by: his son Graham; his brother Brian (Martha); his parents, James Fergusson and Averil Fergusson; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Beatrice Strelbisky.

He is survived by: his wife Maryjane; and his pet Emily. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
