He was predeceased by: his parents, Antani Otawa and Gertrude Otawa. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Courtney (Cassandra), Michael (Kaitlin), Kathryn and Shelley; his grandchildren, Noah, Conner and Carter; his siblings, Ferdanand (Brenda), Siegmund and Susan Lebold (John); and his sister-in-law Susan Briscoe (Stuart). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
