She was predeceased by: her parents, Petro Okopnyj and Anna Okopnyj; and her sister Irene Okopna-Holmes. She is survived by: her sister Helen Gordon (Tom) of Kelowna, B. C.; her nephew Dr. Peter Gordon (Philena) of Maple Ridge, B. C.; her niece Dr. Lena Gordon (Craig Melton) of Christchurch; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jasper, Pierce, Finley and Paige.
