He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Megan Chase (Kyle Dupuis) of Carp and Krysten Jacobs (Matthew) of Nashville, Tennessee.; his grandson Luke Jacobs; and his brothers, John Chase of Renfrew and Stephen Chase (Beth) of Thunder Bay.
