She was predeceased by: her spouse Calman Levy; her son Leon Levy (Janet); her parents, Celia Herman and Joe Herman; and her siblings, Sybil Wolff (Dave), Beatrice Silcoff (Maurice), Ben Herman (Toba), Lylia Zucker (Bill) and Frances Kaushansky (Jerry).

She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Orrbine (late Brian); her grandchildren, Matthew Orrbine (Michelle Kealey) and Caroline Feggans (Scott Feggans); and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Stella Orrbine and Joanna Feggans. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
