She was predeceased by: her siblings, Marilyn Lindsay (late Jim), George Dawson (late Josephine) and Billy Dawson; and her parents, William Dawson and Evelyn Dawson (Graham).

She is survived by: her husband Gary Tourangeau; her child Ashley Defino (Brandyn); her sisters, Edith Hall (late Harry) of Brighton and Brenda Jensen (Finn) of Cobourg; and her niece Brenda Martorino (Ron) of Cornwall. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
