He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burns and Clarissa Burns; and his sister Jane Wilson (late Wayne). He is survived by: his wife Délia; his children, Jeff of Braeside, Jennifer Wesbrook (Andrew) of Renfrew and Derrick (Amy Snow) of Carp; his brother John (late Nina) of Cold Water, ON.; his siblings-in-law, Renelle Smith (late Dave) of Barrie, Marie Gareau of Timmins and Micheline Lajeunesse (late Rolly); his cousin Doreen Millar of Cornwall; his daughter-in-law Julie; and his fellow Euchre.
