He was predeceased by: his sisters, Judy Fairfield and Janice Mullins; and his parents, Bill Mullins and Bette Mullins (Mills). He is survived by: his wife Cecile (Bastien); his children, Kimberly Mullins of Ottawa and Lee Mullins; his grandchildren, Kalon Riopelle (Beth), Jessyn Lethborg (Simon), Ashley Mullins (Colton), Taylor Mullins (Hayleigh) and Kennedy Mullins (Scott); his great grandchildren, Logan, Vance, Ava and Chloe; his brothers, James "Jimmy" Mullins of Renfrew and Dwight Mullins of Ottawa; his nieces, Virginia, Stacey, Kikin and Julie; and his nephew James. He is also survived by many friends, colleagues and friends.
