He was predeceased by: his spouse Marie-Thérèse "Terry" Watters; his parents, William Henry and Cecilia Watters; and his siblings, Emmett, Eddie, Gerald, Lorne, Billy and Margaret Watters.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Watters (Shelley Patrick) and Christine Watters (Alain Germaine); and his sister Theresa Charbonneau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
