He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beth; his sons, David (Emma) and Matthew; his parents, Melba Powell and Earl Powell; his brothers, Tim (Colleen) and Randy (Colleen); and his brother-in-law James Norton (Kirsten). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
