She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Simms; and her parents, Allan Thomson and Georgina Thomson. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Mariann), Tracey Crane (Robert) and Christopher (Allison); her grandchildren, Alexander, Ashley, Courtney, Cody and Callan; her great grandchild Harrison; and her brothers, Allan and Gordon Thomson.
