He is survived by: his wife Jana (McKay); his children, Shane (Andrea) and Cara; his grandchildren, Annika, Lily James, Maya and Aidan; his sisters, Sheila Friesen (Allan) and Elizabeth Hawkins (Mark); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Glynn, Sheilagh Poole (late Phil) and George McKay (late Heather). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
