She was predeceased by: her husband Mervyn Cavanagh; her child Cecil (Christine); her siblings, Robert Bidgood (late Mary), Sheila Cavanagh (late Leonard) and Betty Dowd (late Bob); and her parents, Cecil Bidgood and Edna Bidgood (Smith).
She is survived by: her children, James (Beth) and Carol Nicol (late Sandy); her grandchildren, Ashley (Troy), Jonathan (Stephanie), Lindsay (Brad), Andrea (Conner), Kendra (Mike) and Blair (Jackson); her great grandchildren, Grady, Rowan, Colter, Caden, Callum, William, Bodie, Hadley, Ellie, Paddy and Nora; and her sister Bev Pothier (Claude).
