He was predeceased by: his wife Tracy Connell; his siblings, Ken Carr (Lynn Deacon) and Cathie Carr (late Jerry); and his parents, Herman Carr and Pearl Carr (Schlievert).
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Lascelle (Melissa) and Jamie Carr; his grandchildren, Odin, Lily, Bradi and Brianne; his great grandchild Declan; his brother Blaine Carr (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Tina and Scott Carr.
