She was predeceased by: her son Norman; the father of her children Gilbert Gilmour; her sisters, Fernande, Isabelle, Georgette, Anna and Rita; her children-in-law, Bob and Gladys; and her parents, Leo Courchesnes and Jean Courchesnes (Lavigne).
She is survived by: her children, Mike, Kevin, Kim Blackburn (Jim) and Chris; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Curtis, Kelsey, Kyler, Justin, Jason, Jordan, Joey and Nikki; and her siblings, Margaret, Carmel and George.
In memory of Frances, a donation to the Grove Redevelopment Fund would be appreciated.
