She was predeceased by: her spouse Versal Scheel; her siblings, Martha Hartwick (late Ivan) and Rev. John Buckwald (Sylvia); and her parents, Gustav Buckwald and Freda Buckwald (Bloedow).
She is survived by: her children, Christine Juhasz (Richard) of Arnprior and Dana of Arnprior; her grandson Colin MacIntyre (Jen); her great grandchildren, Adaline and Eden; her siblings, Manford Buckwald (late Esther) of Killaloe, Herman Buckwald (Beulah) of Oshawa and Elizabeth Kuehl (Warren) of Simcoe; and her sibling-in-law Merrell Scheel (Caryl) of Kincardine.
In memory of Esther, a donation can be made to the First Baptist Church or to the Grove Redevelopment Fund.
