Elaine Watters Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Watters (Arnprior, Ontario), who passed away on April 5, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Sloan Watters; her parents, Archie Dimmell and Marguerite Dimmell; and her brothers, Arthur Dimmell (Evelyn) and Frank Dimmell (Rita).

She is survived by: her children, Jim Watters of Orléans, Marjorie Vallée (Charles) of St. Andrew's West and Bill Watters (Patricia) of Kinburn; her grandchildren, Patrick Vallée (Lesley), Andrew Vallée, Catherine Watters (André Larcher), Tessa Male (Stephen) and Eily Watters (Mathew Makin); her great grandchildren, Chloé, Desmond and Emmett Vallée; her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Stevens (late Jack) of North Bay; and her sister-in-law Janet Breen of Ottawa.
