Effie Blackburn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2020, Effie Blackburn (Arnprior, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Jim Blackburn; her grandchild Jordan Schnob; her parents, Wilbur McMillan and Elizabeth McMillan (Lavallee); her brothers, Arthur (late Jean) and Peter (late Ethel); and her brother-in-law Lorne Blackburn (late Dorothy).
She is survived by: her husband Orville Blackburn; her daughter Linda Strong (Gail); her grandchildren, Jason (Jill), Joey and Amy Michell (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Cole and Robbie.
As per the restrictions regarding COVID-19, a limited amount of people are permitted at the funeral home at one time.
