He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mullins and Bette Mullins; and his siblings, John Mullins (Cecile), Judy Fairfield (late Roger), Janice Mullins and Jill Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Mullins-Campbell (Jamie) of Arnprior and Julie Chatelain (Clem) of Arnprior; and his brother Jim Mullins of Perth. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, friends.
