He is survived by: his wife Jane Quackenbush Johnston; the father of his child Aynne of Kingston; his son Douglas (Heather) of Carleton Place; his grandsons, Christopher (Rachel), Brett (Alexis) and Andrew (Marissa); his great grandchildren, Evelyn, William and Sophie; his stepchildren, Kim Shoveller (Bruce), Susie Quackenbush (James Meddings) and Marni Quackenbush (Cory Miles); and his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Emma, Ben, Sam, Harry, Georgia, Jake, Madison and Alex.
Donations in memory of Don may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (Wilbert Keon), the Grace St. Andrews United Church fund or the Arnprior & District Memorial Hospital.
