He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hoggan and Marjorie Hoggan. He is survived by: his spouse Stacey; his children, Jason Hemlow of Toronto, Lindsay Hemlow of Kamloops, B. C. and Chelsea Hoggan (Jon Carden) of Austin, Texas.; and his brothers, Richard Hoggan (Pauline) of St. Catharines and Michael Hoggan (Pat) of St. Catharines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
