He was predeceased by: his parent Gerry Thomas; and his sister Cheryl Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Julie Gooddy; his parent Shirley Knox (Ken); his children, Holly (Chiao Chung) and Jesse; his stepchildren, Rebecca Gooddy (Aidan) and Hayden Gooddy (Sarah); and his siblings, Barry, David Knox (Susan), Rob Knox, Erin Knox-Nielsen (Michael) and Marny Lagrove.
