He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cecil Elford and Jessie Elford; and his brother Joseph Donald "Donny" Elford. He is survived by: his wife Doris Irene Parks; his son Ryan (Christine); his granddaughters, Rachel and Arya; his brothers, David Elford (Laura) and Gary Elford (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Joe, Brooks, Shelley, Andrea and Molly (Craig). He is also survived by his relatives across Canada; many cousins, good friends; neighbors.
