She was predeceased by: her uncles, Bob (Diane) and Gordon Wilson; her aunt Nancy Fielding; and her grandparents, George, Margaret Affleck, Lorne and Audrey Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria (Grayson Thompson) and Elizabeth; her parents, Wayne Affleck and Lorna Affleck; her brother Darryl (Danielle); her nieces and nephews, Kylie, Megan and Grayson Affleck; her aunts and uncles, Gail (Oliver Toop), Brian (Kim Affleck), Lloyd Wilson (late Mary) and Wendy Mitchell (Carl); and her sister Dorothy. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, and friends.
Although Chrystal had breast cancer, a donation to March of Dimes would be greatly appreciated for the ongoing support of her daughter Elizabeth.
