He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, T. Ross Garrard and Lois Garrard; his sister Donna Charron (Paul); his niece Julie Gingras (Rob); his nephew Jason Charron (Sandra); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dawson, Akaydia, Brayden Gingras, Reilley, Savannah and Bentley Charron.
