He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carrie; his children, Ashlyn Ackerman and Carly Henkelman-Leavoy; his sister Janice Buck (Reg); his parents-in-law, Kurt and Lorna Henkelman; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Henkelman (Ilona) and Joyce Henkelman (late Stephen); his nieces and nephews, Bradley, Justin Buck (Chantalle Fish), Alex, Rhiannon, Kyle Henkelman and Victoria Baker; and his parents, Thomas Phillips and Hazel Phillips.
