He was predeceased by: his brother Phil Hayes (Gayle); and his parents, Frank Hayes and Evelyn Hayes. He is survived by: his spouse Gail; his children, Kevin Hayes, Karen Tourangeau (Stephen) and Luke Hayes (Samantha); his stepchildren, Tracey Hayes and Trina Miner; his grandchildren, Ryan Hayes (Tiffany Rodrigues), Brian Miner (Missy), Sean Miner (Maddy Ferritto), Tory Miner (Kyeden Madigan) and David Miner (Nicole Hunter); his great grandchildren, Harper Hayes, Naomi, Zoey Miner, Carter Madigan, Jane Ferrone-Miner and Kylo Hunter; and his sister Helen Ross (late Lyle). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, former colleagues and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Pilon Family Funeral Home (50 John St N, Arnprior, ON K7S2N2). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pilon Family Chapel (50 John St N, Arnprior, ON K7S2N2).
